Got out of the hospital yesterday. Had the second heart cath, and the 3rd hospitalization in 1 month. I finally have energy. Walked 2.5 miles after waking up yesterday (after the cath). I have high hopes this time. Now to get back on diet. Also working on #2 (crap). Hopefully this time it will be solid or semi solid and not the runs that I have had over the last 1 1/2 years.
