Starting a new diet! I'm doing calorie restriction with adequate nutrition, which I will heretofore refer to as CRAN. I'll be consuming a whole foods nutritional smoothie twice a day and filling in the rest of my day with small foods that satisfy the requirements not covered by the smoothie, namely phosphorus, sulfur, sodium, and POTASSIUM. (Potassium is big because I believe I've been potassium deficient for a long time.)
