So yesterday I actually walk/run almost 7 miles and stayed consistent with my weight this morning. Today, I got up and went for a 3 mile walk/run but then I started to slide a bit. The afternoon, I have ended up procrastinating and not getting done with what I scheduled for the day. So Ate a bit to cover the emotions of not getting busy! Ate pretzels and fiber one brownie bars (2 of them). Not a well thought out day at all. Going to try to get refocused and busy with the duties I had promised I would do today for myself!
