LOL, that's a crazy loss, and can't be "real", but it's what the scale said and I am SO excited to be starting with a 5, that I had to write it down!

72.0 公斤最近减少: 37.7 公斤. 还有: 5.1 公斤. 饮食准则: 100％.

Thank you! Like I said, I think the scale was tipped wrong or something, but for today, I will Take IT!! 3.4 more lb, and then I am going to adjust again... I think I might start going in 5 lbs increments.
