Idk how I lost because I went off kilter with beer and gluten free chips and cheese. So I am so very thankful. Could be that the two super low calorie days balanced out. Extreme pain in the sides yesterday. Like a stitch. Hurt so bad kept me from talking and walking. So far no more today
