Hi everyone I quit smoking a year ago October 1st and started working out November of last year. Since then i have tried several different exercises and nothing has been working for me. Recently I started walking with a friend in the evening so hopefully that starts to work. As for my diet. I am a lover of pepsi and coffee. I have cut out my pepsi to maybe one or some with a drink on the weekend and I have cut my coffee to one or two a day. I have cut out junk food and cut my serving sizes for meals. If anyone has any info or advice they would like to give to me that would be great. I am a mother of three boys and do home daycare so my time is limited but i am a very determined person and when goal are set i usually dont give up till theyre met.
