Eating the right amount of protein is amazing! I haven't felt hungry even once today, despite eating less than 1500 calories and being really active all day long -- mowing the grass front and back, pulling up the weeds, oiling all the garden furniture, getting an hour's housework done, and actually enjoying a good hour's workout to finish off. Previously, when I was eating too many wheat-based carbs and insufficient protein, I'd have been repeatedly ravenous and exhausted. Now, I just feel pleasantly calm and tired. Incredible! What a life changer this is. How on earth did I manage to get to this age and weight without realizing that how I'm eating now is how I should have been eating along???
