My 2155 calorie day was irresponsible. I own it. Let me just say, PMS, is a very real thing. 😂😳😑

Aww :( One day doesn't break it. It'll take a few days for your body to recover ... if you limit yourself to just the necessities (protein and fiber and minimum calories), but it will jump right back down if you let it. Don't let this throw you. :)
