Not weighing today. Taking advice of wise FatSecret peoples not to weigh daily
Had a good loss .8 yesterday so will weigh Friday
I am trying to work out how to post a photo ?????

I've stopped daily weigh because it goes up and down do often so it's best to do it same time every week especially in the morning.

Yes that’s my plan too Have a lovely friend interstate who’s going to weigh in with me on Fridays and we take a pic of the scale. So no cheating. lol My weight can go up a kilo or down a kilo in one day. Too frustrating

I do it daily. My lowest I’ve found is usually around 10am lol

I think it's fun to wait and see it drop to a nice bigger number. I make it a Sunday and it gives me motivation for the rest of the week.
