I ate extraordinarily well but ate so many different foods, and new foods. That's my guess as to why I have the worst pain and bloating currently. I dont regret it because I have to live my life. Oddly enough I am not losing weight even though I am in deficit. Whatever the reason my diet habits have changed and that's an accomplishment in itself. I'd like to lose weight.... what am I doing to prevent that???????
