Its very easy to peel. U can easily start peeling from the stalk just by using ur fingers. Put the whole fruit in ur mouth after peeling otherwise it’s juices will b all over ur hands. It has a very large & strong seed inside it so just gently press with ur teeth & seperate the flesh from seed. Spit out the seed & enjoy the very delicious & sweet fruit. Each lychee 6 calories only.😀👍

Ooh I'll have to try! My wife loves them but rarely gets them she I save for her. Some fruit is surprisingly low calorie, hey! I had an apricot yesterday and it was so sweet and delicious, but when I inputted it here, it came up only 17cal!

Yeah. Same thing happened to me, I bought small pears calls Crystal pears. It rarely comes in the market. Seasonal fruit. After buying i found out each 38 calories 😱. Now its lychee season. It very sweet so helps for my sugar craving n thank goodness it low calories 😅
