No more peanut butter. I think I went haywire on the tiny sample(s) yesterday:( I will heed sararays advice and lay off it while I am in induction. At least, limit it. I think that I ate too many carbs yesterday and it completely slowed my weight loss down. I only lost 0.2 of a pound overnight, and yet, I burned 1300 calories. I think I am overtraining a little bit-because even IF I ate a little more carbs (like 5 extra grams more), at 1300 calories burned, I still should have lost a lot more than what I did.
Oh well, I still lost a bit. I guess that's all right.....
However, today, I am going to go a little less on the workout as well as the diet and see what happens. I seem to lose when I burn about 900-1100 calories and then eat only the 20 grams of carbs. I will stick to it even harder today.
On a positive note: My kids are coming home on Sunday! My youngest baby will be so happy because she really really really missed her big brother and sister. I know that they were having a really good time in Edmonton and they really missed their dad, but they also told me that they are excited to come home too. That makes me happy.
Well, I am off for now, wish me luck in getting into the 150's everyone! I am so excited for it and I want it SO BADLY that I am going to work hard to get there in the next three days for SURE!
