Well, what a bummer! Im holding onto some water right now i know, but i also know i fell back into the after dinner snacking this week. So, this is me being accountable. I'll get it off for the next weigh in.

No doubt in my mind, just goes to show that the old habits just aren't kind and they don't help to make you a healthier you. You can do it, look how far you've already come.
