Thanks Terrapin! I’m where I’d hoped to be. Burning enough calories that I don’t really have to worry about what I eat. Focused on protein for muscle gains. Weight is steady.

sweet. my legs are still sore from Thursday but I bet it has something to do with the virus I caught at that gym visit. 🙄 keep on rocking! 💪

How is the running going? It has been so darn miserable outside that I pretty much quit walking or running outside. Hitting the gym consistently, but I really loath stationary cardio. 😩

Running is pretty good. I do some light cardio 3 times a week (10-15 min). I amp up the running a couple days to 30 minutes. I ran a couple miles in less than 20 minutes. Seems like a good place to be with the 5k just around the corner.

That is a good pace for sure! I can manage one mile in under 10, but once past that I slow up. Now I am gonna see if I can get 2 in 20! 😁 I'll let you know if I can manage it someday! 😁

My goal is to do 3 miles under 30. I believe I was close the first and last time I tried.
