dang, I've been hungry the last week. fighting it..I was trying to cut more calories than my body wanted. I've always had higher hunger signals. how annoying. so yesterday I gave in and ate around 2000 calories. still keto. I noticed I might need more protein to keep away hunger. I'll try to keep my calories low, and see what number would r. there has got to be a happy number my body likes. I do Mostly one meal a day spread over a 2-3 hour window. I do OMAD ecause it's ez for me. OK, FINAL PUSH FOR JANUARY! let's do it, and set another goal for February!
