Okay, so we had a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese's, today. What do you do at such an event? Why, eat pizza and cake, of course! That's okay, as my total intake today was still only 1561 KCals, or 68% of my RDI of 2300 and less than my BMR of 1835. However, I'm glad we don't do that every week!
