Day 26th: okay so i want to weigh in but I know it will not be my true weight because both of my legs having pitting edema like about +4. Which is not real good. I have had this problem before but by me watching my sodium intake it usually does the trick but now i need to see a doctor. So i will still eat well but no weigh ins til i get this swelling under control.
