Time to get back on the ball. I have been battling several different health issues and have put trying to eat right on the back burner. Even though I knew healthy eating would probably help my health issues, it was just more effort than I mentally and emotionally had to give. Terrible, I know, but true. Anyway, new year, new me. I don't have any big goals for this year. Just trying to take it day by day and try to slowly incorporate the changes I know I need to make to get back on track.
Mini goals to work on: Drink at least 80 oz of water/day, no fried foods, eat healthy meals cooked at home, start exercising again
