Day 2. still motivated to lose this weight and eat healthy. I'm eating only good carbs should there be a limit on them as well as I am diabetic?

I am not a GP, but based on my aunt being diabetic I know there is a tight regimen on carbs. She's constantly monitoring her blood sugar level and has her insulin ready at all times. To her, the risk is not only eating too many carbs but also too few, thus leading to hypoglycemia. I assume you have talked to your doctor about the best way to approach a diet? Please look after yourself and best of luck with your weight loss 🤗

Yes I have talked to my dietian and he said good carbs decrease spikes in blood sugar. I have cut out the bad carbs but I do have the occasional cracker or two just to keep me boosted. I just don't want to be taking too much insulin as it causes me to gain weight.
