No fasting today or for the weekend. brekkie dates with friends are taking priority. also feel that its good to give it a break once in a while. streak of 10 days fasted for at least 17 hours a day so I'm ready for a little break.

I've come off of a long plateau.... Almost two months of very little change. The break and increase in weight in December actually did me a world of good because it snapped me out of that plateau. I'm all for healthy break periods 😉 I still track my calories and I still stay within my allocation... I just have smaller meals than I would if I fasted that day 🍎

Totally agree shereen... I let go every second week or to give my metabolism a boost. With low calories, our metabolism slows after a while... Referred to as metabolic adaptation.

Once a week I double my calorie in take. That’s how I keep my body guessing. You have to switch it up a bit. I’m not a fan of plateaus either😄 I still keep it clean. Popcorn, beans and hummus are high in carbs but still clean foods. I just try not to eat them too often. So those are my cheat meals. I still avoid refined carbs. My goal is healthy eating until my birthday. I’m gonna stuff my face with cake 😆 I just want to achieve my goal of clean eating till my bday.
