Well, 3 years into changing my life to eating healthy and doing consistent, efficient, and intense workouts, I'm going to jump in and blog/journal my days.

Some days, like all of us, I struggle with eating healthy, and sticking to my caloric goals. I walk through the grocery store and see the pop tarts, and muffins, etc. and I want to give in. Had one of those experiences last night, but I'm committed to staying on track. I am getting back down to 5% body fat, and will do what it takes to get there.

I feel better when I stick to my healthy habits. My workouts tell me daily that I'm doing something solid for myself, and my body feels better when I don't load it with junk.

I give myself the occasional treat, we all need to. But at least 85% of the time I am on track. I can do better, I can be a 90% guy.
