Well, today was day 1 of T-25! I really enjoyed exercising (I have never enjoyed it 😝)and I will say it is difficult, but 100x easier than last time I did the program, which was 40 lbs ago. I didn’t see results last time around, but that is because I hadn’t figured out the correct WOE for me! I am excited, motivated, and optimistic about this time around 💪🏼😍 lets do this!!!
