Well today has been pretty hot. Last night it was so hot, I told my daughter I was going to put the window units back in. I cant stand it. So today as I was using the oven to make the kids dinner, I remembered lol! So thank goodness my little boy was home. We carried them out of storage and put them in! I think this is what I needed. I have been feeling grouchy and it could be because I was uncomfortable in the hot house. Yay!! I might even do yoga tonight. It helps me sleep plus I heard it helps speed up metabolism and correct posture. I am proud to say I have been sticking to my diet. Even when I have cooked the kids meals. I wanted to give in so bad!! Then I told myself that temptation of food was only temp.. and if I give in I would regret it!! That's pretty much all for today..
