yes. but I purposely set my calorie budget low. I am supposed to eat 1800, but I set my budget at 1500 because we tend to underestimate what we take in.

I did went over my limit yesterday...but usually I do come in under my goal. Way to go on the loss! :)

absolutely - it happens, but i like @Darius3's advice - setting it to be more conservative because we do tend to underestimate. I do that with exercise cals out as well. and going over it daily is inconsequential unless you are going over it every day. the important part is the awareness we create for ourselves by logging what we eat.

Very rarely but that doesn't mean I don't gain weight. Mine is usually to many carbs.

Yes. I generally try and recoup them from the next day by eating fewer.

so, it was like subconsciously you were saving up those calories for the event. Did you go over your weekly calorie intake, or just that day?
