Feel lighter and more energetic... Although could use more sleep! Postponing my weigh to another 3 days. A tad bit nervous about checking my weight. Don't want to be de-motivated.

Do check ur weight every week on a Saturday morning on empty stomach. This way you will know your weekly weight loss/gain. Don't be unmotivated if you have gained wt. Just analyse wat changed in the last week and correct it in the coming week. Seems you are doing great for now. It's fun isn't it ? It's challenging but the reward is good health and you couldn't ask for anything better than that.
