Hi, does the protein powder have any taste. I have porridge every morning and I find it very filling and slow release. I’d like to try it with the protein powder as most of my carbs come from my breakfast. I know it won’t change that but at least it’ll add extra protein. 👍 

Do you add the protein powder before or after cooking oatmeal? I tried adding it in after and I didn’t like it at all. Could have been the protein powder though 🤔 

I use maxi muscle promax lean. There are different flavours, I am on banana at the moment. Being a good Scot like George I also have porridge for breakfast. I add 1 scoop to the hot milk and porridge mix and top it up with hot water if required. 

I will source some o that Bunty, where div ye belong? I stay in East Linton, East Lothian. It’s a quiet wee village, I think they’re great fans of the movie The Wicker Man here 😂 There’s also a few Wiccan covens in this area. 

Best price is on amazon otherwise its quite expensive. Got to be canny! Ah, I'm a west coaster so know all about those crazy Wicker Men. 

@Mrgscott3 mine is with chocolate, it tastes very well and it goes with milk perfect! I highly recommend chocolate ones! I am sure you'll love it. İf you're a chocolate fun hehehe🙈😍 

@crashtestdawnie hello there, i cooked oats with milk in the microwave about 3 mins they were quite thick after, so I added one scoop of powder after cooking them and mixed with oats after mixing i added more milk almost half cup then it was perfect like a pudding 

I bought two more powders last day from Holland & barrets. They had some discount as it's Christmas lol i bought two pack 1800 kg in total for 30 pounds.  

1800kg!!! Are you going to open a franchise girl 😂 I’ll definitely try the chocolate, everyone likes chocolate, surely! 👍

Hi Serena, lovely to meet you also. I think it’s the cold weather that’s making us crave comfort carbs, mmm, chocolate porridge!!! Sure beats the chicken fillet and salad I’ve just eaten!!! Drool 🤤 😂  

Serena, Bunty, I’ve just ordered 2.2kg of Belgian chocolate vegan protein powder from Amazon. £29.95, gives 49 portions. I’m not vegan. That’s just incidental. I like the taste of things that used to have a pulse,,,, like a cheeky wee haggis for example. Braw wee furry beasties 😂  

Wooooah, you're getting there!!! Umm Belgian chocolate one + cheaper than mine!!! Let me know when you try it!

I would warn you that the vegan protein powders may taste more like raw haggis than Belgian chocolate! 

Bunty, wits wrong wi raw haggis? 😂 As long as ye dinnae eat them when they’re alive 👿
