Apko Caloric deficit state me ana pry ga. It means you have to burn 500 more calories than you consume. If you are consuming 1000 Kcal you have to burn 1500 Kcal daily to be in deficit state then you can loss half killo. per week.

Cut out carbs for a while, sleep properly ans try to work on major muscles of your body i.e glutes, abs, chest etc. The more muscle youbhave the more fat they burn, and yes, dont forget the caloric deficit.
