I stayed at Stone Mtn this past weekend. I got up early Sunday morning and jogged and walked around the base which is just over 5 miles. I few months back I would do a mile in about 22 minutes. Sunday I did that route in 1 hour and 20 minutes avg about 16 minute miles. I feel really good. I went to a funeral this weekend also and was going to wear my dress uniform however that pants were a size 58 i am currentkly down to a size 48. I weighed in on Monday morning and I am at 347. I and 27 lbs away from my first goal which was to lose 100 lbs in a year. I have been eating right and exercising since April 20. So I have lost 73 lbs in basically 3 months. No surgery for me just doing what I am suppose to. I have also been taken off BP meds after only a month of my program.

I went to Stone Mountain once many years ago and saw a laser light show up on the top, it was awesome, that place is beautiful! It's amazing what we can do when we have drive and determination. You are doing an awesome job and you should be so proud of yourself. I have no doubt you will reach your goal in record time. You're an inspiration to all (O:

You mean 347, right? That is fantastic! That is a lot of running for anyone, but you make it sound so easy! God has blessed your joints, no doubt! ;) Good for you! Your chart looks awesome! Keep it up!
