So here it is another rainy day! Which I have no choice but to go out in it thansk to yet another appointment. Truely not impressed but what can I do? Not too much.

Anyways I did go out and about yesterday which made me feel a tad bit better. I bought the new bran flake cereal which is so yummy! Plus although not a great move at the last of all my tempting foods, mainly my black licorice. It's all gone and will not be bought again for awhile.

So for today I thought I would start recording again. Just my food for the next 2 weels and then my exercise will be asdded on after that.
Like my wise buddies keep. Saying one day at a time.
Honestly I would be truly walking a tight rope with no safety net if I did not have my caring and supportive buddies with me.
