Well I just said I'm not going to eat breakfast this morning and I'll wait till noon to make intermittent fasting of 16 hours. Looking at your delicious post makes it very tempting to eat. I better get off FS.

Been trying intermittent fasting. Works for me. Holding off for breakfast until 11:00, since I am retired. Dinner at 7:00 most nights, so that is about 9 hours of food and 15 of fasting. Tried dinner earlier, but family members home late from work lately, so 7:00 pm is about the earliest to get dinner on the table. Best of luck. That looks great.

Barb, I also IF! Typically my first meal is about 2pm and dinner is between 6 and 7. Glad it’s working for you! Keep up the good work😊👍🏼💪🏼💜

I just read the research article on this fasting "diet" - hard to find - a little hard to understand and long reading. It looked very promising even though small study. In the article was a 10 hr period, no restriction on water, so I am doing mine from 10 to 8pm. We will see how it works. There is "news" articles about study, but I would recommend anyone interested actually find the published research article.
