No scale for me this morning. Three servings of prime rib and breaded shrimp at the buffet last night. A a few bites of chocolate pie sans crust. Today is an OMAD day with plenty of H2O until then. Restless legs has me up early. Hot cuppa joe is first on my to do list. Happy Sunday my dear friends 😀
