Plan it. Breakfast, lunch dinner even if you IF. It’s so important even when boring. Think of water as life. You cannot live without it 💯 to achieve your goal you need to actively incorporate it. You can still have your favorite drinks but put water first. It helps curb cravings as well.

Water a poor mans Champagne? No when I go to the kitchen I always turn on the tap even if it is only half a cup.

I’m there with you...I add Xtend BCAA powder or Mio flavor to it. I’m a big fan of Mio fruit punch.

I drink reduced sodium soda water....just carbonated water but far more enjoyable than still water. I try to drink two litres per day (that is about 64oz. American).

Like Sharon, I just keep water next to me all times. I like water so it’s not really a struggle for me. I only drink coffee or water. 😊

Keep citrus fruit on hand like lemon lime and oranges to squeeze into your water.
Or try drinking room temp bottled water, you can drink it faster if it’s not ice cold.
Try getting a fancy new water cup for motivation.
Using a straw allows for continuous drinking

The weekends I have more trouble with, but throughout the week I always have a water bottle at my desk. That makes it easy for me to maintain my water intake most days.

Each evening I measure out 7 (not sure why 7!) 2 cups bottles of water and put it on my counter. I have one bottle when I swallow my morning pills, two when I do my morning exercises, at 10 am I drink one then at noon then at 2 and the final one at 4. I also have a giant cup of tea and 2 cups of kombucha. Yes, I need to pee a bit but I find that it keeps me mostly hydrated and flushed. So my advice is to make it visual and plan times when you drink it for sure. I prefer room temperature.

As I was reading these, I kept finding all kids of excuses about why I couldn't keep up with water. I'm a soon to be single mom with lots of of littles and I'm always running around putting out fires.
But, bottom line, I just need to get over it and take care of myself. I really like the visual idea. Almost like setting a goal you can see. Thanks guys! ♥️

lemon water helped me with drinking water, also boiling your water and storing them in clean old jugs helps if you hate the tap water taste. the big jugs of water at the dollar tree are really good
