Okay, it's Monday, we went out to eat Sat. and it hit hard. It's just too much in one meal, plus I didn't do the treadmill or workout over the weekend and now it's hard to get motivated. So, no more doing that on the weekends, I worked to hard to get to where I'm at to let 2 days mess me up. I'm sure I'll be 185 or 184 by Sat, that's my goal, I have to re-loose 2 pounds from the weekend, then go 2 extra for this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to small portions and low point items only. Hope every one else is having good results......
