Okay, it's Monday, we went out to eat Sat. and it hit hard. It's just too much in one meal, plus I didn't do the treadmill or workout over the weekend and now it's hard to get motivated. So, no more doing that on the weekends, I worked to hard to get to where I'm at to let 2 days mess me up. I'm sure I'll be 185 or 184 by Sat, that's my goal, I have to re-loose 2 pounds from the weekend, then go 2 extra for this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to small portions and low point items only. Hope every one else is having good results......

Aw, just get back to it this week and I'm sure those couple of pounds will soon drop off. You can do it!!! You're still doing great though... just keep looking at what you've achieved so far and I'm sure that will help get you motivated again. Good luck and hope you had a nice weekend!! :o)
