Weigh in day! I'm down 1.5 pounds since I last checked my weight, yay! Id just like to say that's my first ten pounds lost!
I'm having pork chops tonight which are sort of bad for me but I haven't eaten much for my other meals, at least not calorie-wise. I'm being lazy today though, I haven't even showered. :P

Pork chops aren't that bad for you, as long as the fat is trimmed off. You're really doing great, 10 lbs is a lot of progress. Good job!

If you get the loin chops, and trim the fat off, a pork chop can be fine on your diet. Also broil it instead of fry it.

Way to go on the 10-pound loss! I've had more than my share of pork on this diet and it really won't hurt you as bad as ice cream or cake.
