Been drinking loads of coffee. I just can’t seem to bring myself to drink water these last couple days. No clue as to why. Got to dig out some flavor packs and start downing some H2O!

MaKa- no, I haven’t. I was looking at an article that had different combinations of fruit and veggies. It’s sounds lime a good idea 🤔 I may try it! Thank you 😁

Crystallized lemon always helps when plain water just isn't cutting it for me.

Yoga- I am finishing up my second bottle today 😁 it’s taking some effort but my goal is three today and tomorrow, then four. I will stop at five a day, and try to maintain. 🤞🏻
