Well, I know this is inaccurate, but I promised myself I would record exactly what was on the scale every morning, regardless. So, 6:30am weighed 170.4. :) That was a nice number whether it was right or wrong.... so, when I came back from my 4 miles at 9:30am I just had to look again! Hmm. 9:30am weight is 171.0. I started to just record that, so that tomorrow I wouldn't be as disappointed, but heck, just stick to the way I was doing it and stay off the scales. It'll average out!
