Woohoo!! I bumped my time to 4mph for an hour! First time ever. However, I didn't have my walking partner today so had no one to see it. PLUS, it was coon*** freezing (58degrees) so it was easier to do. Tomorrow, when the temp and humidity climbs I'll just have to try harder!
