Birthday celebrations are all out of the way. Two days of training and eating what was available at the course - out of the way. Day 5 of not really tracking and eating a lot more carbs than I am used to there days. I know for a fact my lifestyle has changed, because this is more than enough time for me to feel lazy, sloth-like, and bloated. Very happy to get back to my focus tomorrow. I've appreciated the short break, but I'm ready to get back.
