do you have any recommendations for vegetarian keto diet?
I am vegetarian and I really want to try if and keto but I don't know how to start

I think personally you’ll struggle with a keto diet with being a vegetarian as it’s very low carbs and high in fats, you’ll probably go over the recommended daily amount for carbohydrates, but I could be wrong thou, I would go for 50g per day for carbs if you can achieve that you’ll be fine 💪💪

I’m not a vegetarian but I’m on keto journey and don’t eat much meat, maybe once or twice a week. I get a lot of recipes off Pinterest. I also take MCT oil in my coffee. I usually stick with 20-25 net carbs. After a few months it gets a lot easier but I still have a treat day once every two weeks or so.
