Well the weekend started off well, in control until husband went grocery shopping with me for dinner supplies. Everything we needed for Tapas and then some.... chorizo, olives, tortilla, manchego cheese. All deliciously scrummy and yummy yet not entirely low cal. I didn't bother to write down any values. I decided it was best not to think about it too much. I know I had made a decision to eat nearer my calorie quotient but that was ridiculous..:-)

I have started today afresh, don't I after every weekend?

Is this a common problem amongst husbands? Do they really have no idea about nutritional values? Now I know the answer is no but...... Mind you since I have been watching my food intake again Husband has noticed a distinct shrinking of his waistline and weight on the scales. In fact a larger drop than mine. Shrieks: It's not fair!!!!! Yes, don't mention that men lose it faster than women, yet another inequality of the sexes! ;-)

I don't know if men lose it faster than women or not. There's a hell of a lot of overweight men out there. Well, it sounds like you are back on track and that's all that matters. After all, tomorrow is another day!
