Well my measurements went up a bunch, along with my weight.
Bust: 37 14/16”
Waist: 33 7/16” at smallest point
Hips: 39 7/16”
I also have noticed my love handles have been getting really big, making my low waist measurement also big (around my navel, at the biggest circumference, which happens to be pretty large and pronounced):
Low Waist: 36 12/16”
This put the difference between my natural waist and low waist/love handles at 3 5/16”. My love handle area is THAT MUCH BIGGER than my natural waist. We’ll see how much of a difference I’m talking about November 21st for my monthly progress photo. Then you’ll see how much my love handles stick out to the sides, even in fairly loose-fitting clothing.
It would be really helpful if any of you could estimate my body fat percentage, I have my own calipers but I am so bad at using them lol. Feel free to look at my previous progress photo last 21st (or 22nd maybe) or ask for any of my other measurements.
