Two fantastic weeks on a road trip across the U.S. with some epic BBQs that were just off the chart and I weigh in for the first time today. Surprise surprise I've put on nearly 6lbs. Was it worth it? Hell yes. As I always preach, "Life is for living. If you're not happy change it." So time to get my groove on again and lose the holiday excess😎
