Just an update. I got the flu over New Years -- and since then I've struggled to stay on my Paleo diet, especially in the UK. I also really kicked my work life into high gear over the last few months -- which didn't help. It is just so much easier to order a pizza than do regular grocery shopping + cooking. When I recognized what was happening (I wasn't weighing regularly, which is how I monitor my dietary habits), I started to have groceries delivered once again. That is MUCH better than having to get them myself.
Now I'm about to move to Australia -- and I've already scoped out a grocery that has delivery as well as a new crossfit gym. I'm still doing CrossFit too -- 3x weekly. And when stress is really high I increase my Lexapro to 20mg/d, which helps avoid any compulsive overeating due to anxiety.
I created a plan to get back down to 160-170 lbs too. It'll be gradual, and will take me until June/July, but I'll get there. Will update again soon!
