It's only been a few days since I've embarked on this new journey, but I already feel fantastic. I've been eatting right, even over the weekend only having one drink...that's big right there and exercising in some form of another every day. I'm proud of myself!

I really feel like I have control this time!

Here's to starting over and to leading a life of health and happiness!
