I am not healthy for the most part 😢

Me neither... But aspiring and growing and changing and making small regular changes. According to this list I'm fairly consistent at 4 of the 9 items... Always room for improvement. Life's hard enough without trying to force perfection on ourselves 🧚🧜

They wake up early - no, unless I have to. I'd love to be paid for sleeping. On weekends, when I can, I stay in bed till at least 11. Fail.
They meditate - guilty, no. I need to take my time for this again.
They network - this is the horror of my life. I feel better when I home without people.
They keep themselves busy - I don't understand this. My life is too busy, my achievement would be "they get to take time for themselves".
They don't watch TV - don't, not d'ont to start. I don't have TV by choice. I do read.. OMG. Yay the first point. I am worthy!
They know when to say no. Can't say no to cheese. Fail.
They manage their money. Well, fail again lol.
They set goals and visualise. For what? I just want to be happy. It's a journey. This is my goal.
They write to-do list night before. This sounds like the phrase should be rewritten.. bad English. And I hate lists.
I am extremely unhealthy. It's fine. Lesson learnt: people, you don't have to follow lists created by some random dude on the Internet. Make your own list and be happy with what YOU do and are. Peace.

Ps I sound angry, but I am not. Just saying that all those lists we see everywhere may not always fit our journey. It’s important to stop stigmatising and craft your own path :)
