Okay so, this weekend I'm gonna try and eat like half of what I usually do - it isn't a permanent thing, I just feel like I've been eating waaay too much lately and I'd like to try and make up for it over the next two days. I'm still going to eat breakfast and lunch.. maybe not dinner. Maybe I'll just have a yogurt in place of dinner. No more cheating on my food because I lost some weight, the last thing I want is to gain it back.
And it would seem my dad took some extra vacation time this week, which means I can't completely avoid eating meat, but every meal he doesn't cook with it I won't eat any. And tonight they're going out, so it shouldn't be hard.
