Ok so it's Friday night and everyone in the house wanted spaghetti w/sausage. So of course I made it! I did splurge a little and had just a smidge of pasta (no sauce)with butter and parm cheese. It didn't even taste that good and that was good news to me! I want to weigh myself but I am trying to hold off another day or 2 to see if I have finally hit the 140's! I am keeping my fingers crossed, carbs low and exercise high! We will see in a few day! I am excited because I do think the scale will move this next weigh in!
