Dinner 530 Calories♥
I am striving for 1600 calories a day for the rest of this year. I started January 2nd to July 2nd lost 20 pounds. That was at 1800 calories and not all good days. Almost 4 months later still the same 20 pounds and that keeps floating up and down.
So... I started this week on Tuesday hit the 1600 almost every day. Did not weigh myself yet. I want to do 1600 calories a day steady till the end of the year so I can get a total loss in. It can't be 20 darn floating pounds in a year. If I stick with it it can be close to 35 in a year which would make me feel I did something. 300 calories left for snacks tonight, I need to make it through without eating more. Tomorrow's meals are planned and counted. I have to do this, it will probably be the only New Years Resolution I ever kept lol. Thanks if your still reading this♥♥
