I am 6 weeks post pardom after having my beautiful baby boy! I had an emergency C-section, and it seems like everything I had planned on doing for childbirth and breastfeeding has not been reality. I am finally feeling ready to begin working toward more vigorous exercise, and I will begin to work on portion control now. I owe it to myself and my son to try harder to feel my best and succeed in teaching both of us how to lead a healthy lifestyle!
