Well that feels much better!

Day 1 was about 5 carbs over - not bad considering I had forgotten about the challenge starting yesterday and not having the right food ready. Did well eating out last night as well.

This morning I boiled some eggs, packed a salad, etc. Goal will be under 30 and keeping those calories down, down, down.

So today is the first day of spring? At least it is not snowing here but winter clothing still required!
